What happens when I submit an image to the King?
After you have submitted an image to the King it is an automatic approval for use of the image. The King will do his best to send out everyone an extra form to sign just incase. In any case you change your mind after making a submission please contact email@example.com
If for what reason your image is used without the second form being signed and sent back but the King had contacted you in regards to using your image then please refer back to the first paragraph.
If for what reason your image was used and the wrong creditation was made then please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
The King will do his very best to check through all images and credits before any book/s get printed to ensure their are no mistakes.
The King’s Returns/Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If, for any reason you would love to return or exchange an item/s, we will happily accept your items if the following can be completed
- Includes original receipt or invoice included with your order
- All packaging and tags must still be attached
- Items must be unused
- Be in original condition (No Marks, Rips, Stains or to be worn)
- Contact us at email@example.com with your Invoice Number noted within 7 days of receiving the item
- The King receives the item 14 days after initial contact
Once the item is received back to the King we will give you a store credit equivalent to the purchase amount minus the shipping costs. Unfortunately, you are responsible for return of shipping costs unless advised otherwise. We highly recommend when sending any parcels back that you use a trackable service as we are unable to take any responsibility for lost items.
The King understands that sometimes sizes can be wrong so exchanges that comply with the conditions above and received within 14 days of purchase we will happily exchange for you. In some circumstances some prices change as sizes change so please understand that you are liable for the costs of this. All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
If you have receive the wrong items, The King firstly apologies, Please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the process before returning to us.
King Kingsley’s products are made of high quality and tough materials, however they are still chewable and indestructible. If you believe you received a faulty item and it needed to be returned please attach an image with details of defect to email@example.com
