We specialize with Puppies, Recall ( come when called ) & Canine Enrichment & Management. I decided to take a break to go back to school to study painting & drawing, 10 years later I moved to California and took some time off. I stayed active walking dogs part time & decided to get online to see what new training techniques I could learn, I was amazed at how little was similar to what I had learned 20 years prior and I dove into getting certified as a reward based trainer.
I began Posh Pets® Photography in 2011. It started as a side-hustle (that is what us humans call it when we have another job that takes us away from doing what we love - petting all of the dogs!) That means my business is about 9 years old. We are based in Toronto, Canada, but we serve clients across Canada and beyond.
The combination of food, dogs and wellbeing make this quite unique. As whippet owners we do offer a breed specific perspective. We also enjoy sharing our food photos and visits with like minded folk from a grateful customer perspective. We are members of the public appreciating great food rather than food experts. Our reviews are honest and we only write about things we think are really brilliant.
All my grooming products are hand made in Australia in small batches. Nothing is mass manufactured. I only use human-grade cosmetic ingredients, all-natural ingredients and organic where possible. I only use essential oils and no synthetic fragrances. I have an ethos of being as enviro friendly as possible the only plastic components I use are the caps on the spritzer colognes, and the aromatherapy oils. No plastics bubble wrap and my packing tape is enviro-friendly plus couriers are carbon neutral. All this premium goodness but I still sell at comparative price to the mass manufacturers who use substandard ingredients - I want all owners to be able to get quality at an affordable price!
There are a huge number of travel blogs out there, but my blog, Travelnuity, is one of the few blogs that focuses on travelling with a dog. Furthermore, I don't just focus on one country, such as the USA, Australia or the UK. We've travelled internationally so I cover a huge number of countries. I also cover the process for travelling between different countries, as we are experienced in that area. Some of my most popular articles are guides for people to import their dog to Australia, taking their dog between the UK and Spain, or travelling to France with a dog, including flying from the USA.
Doggone Destinations is more than just a travel blog. Our goal is to create an online community of pet lovers and travelers. I try to keep our content as authentic and relatable as possible by only writing about places that Lady and I have visited ourselves and being honest about our experiences. I want our readers to get the most out of our blog and feel like they can come to us as friends and fellow pet parents for helpful advice.
Wear Wag Repeat is all about supporting women and their dogs. On my podcast I exclusively feature women in the pet industry. And in my online shop, I support dog mom makers who share my belief that your dog gear should be just as stylish as your own accessories!
Four years ago, we packed up our lives and moved from Canada to Europe with our dog. We've travelled all over Europe by car and train, and our dog has joined us on nearly every trip. I wanted to share my experience so other pet owners can safely move abroad with their pets, and share my favorite pet-friendly destinations for people to enjoy local travel with their pets.
I have always been involved within the dog showing world (my parents bred Cairn Terriers and I began showing my own dogs at 10 years of age). My adult life has been spent fostering abandoned dogs (and cats) and rehoming them. I always wanted to become a vet but unfortunately did not follow that path. Instead I volunteered at RSPCA as a Vet Nurse Assistant for some time.
I started Wild Woolly Heads to help people who were grieving over their passed dogs. I was making dogs as a hobby and friends kept asking me if I could make a replica of a their passed dog or a friend’s passed dog. I ended up doing so many dogs that I had to start a business.
As an artist, my business is more than a just means to make an income, as it is the platform through which I can both personally express myself and create beautiful artwork for others to enjoy. In November 2018, I started my business, Ashley Bunting Studio.
